As a manager in our facility, no two days are ever the same. You will be part of the many departments that make our facility run. Arcade, food & beverage, rides, bowling & retail are all departments that make up our facility. We are large enough to need each of these departments functioning properly & small enough that we all help get the job done.

 Job Title: Operations Manager / Duty Manager

Reports to: General Manager

Compensation: Salaried, Based on Experience

Hours: 45 hours per week average, including nights, weekends and holidays

Experience: A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience managing line level staff, hospitality and/or recreation experience a plus, minimum high school diploma required, college experience is preferred

Requirements: Able to stand for extended periods of time, able to lift 20+ pounds, excellent interpersonal skills, highly organized, highly motivated, willingness to learn and jump in anywhere needed. Must be an accomplished multitasker that thrives in a fast paced seasonal, tourism based environment.

Job Duties and Responsibility include:

-         Management of day to day operations

-         Manager on Duty Shifts

-         Ability to lead, organize and communicate with line staff

-         Take on responsibilities as delegated by the GM, examples of this may be: schedule writing, inventory, assisting

           snack bar and bar duties, learning bowling center operations.
